What can I return?
Due to safety standards and other regulations, product that has contained fuel such as propane or natural gas cannot be shipped. We can only accept returns on new and unused product purchased from the Mr. Heater website and within 60 days of delivery. If you purchased your item from a retailer, please consult their return policy.
Returns with product totaling $10.00 USD or less (after discounts) may not be returned for credit. We know this sounds harsh but the lowest shipping cost we have encountered with our company discount is $7.00 which means you would receive a $3.00 credit overall.
When will I get my refund?
As a manufacturer the processing time may be longer than that of a standard retailer. We aim to complete a return within 14 days of receipt of product, however during our busy season this time may extend to 60 days but we will do our best to process it sooner.
Does Mr. Heater offer replacements or exchanges?
There is the possibility of a warranty exchange. This would need to be processed through the Technical Service Department where they will walk you through some troubleshooting and verify if your issue qualifies for another unit or service part.
