Mr. Heater warrants its products free from defect for one year from date of purchase. Mr. Heater will repair or replace this product free of charge if it has been proven to be defective within the 1-year period, and is returned at customer expense with proof of purchase to Mr. Heater within the warranty period.

If a Buddy is under warranty, was purchased at a retail store and there are problems: Please return to the retail store within the first 30 days of purchase from which you purchased the Portable Buddy. If retail store has a problem with this, please have them contact us. If this is not possible, please call our Customer Care Department for possible exchange of heater.
If a Buddy is under warranty, was purchased through a catalog and there are problems: Please call our Customer Care Department for exchange of heater.
If a Buddy is out of warranty and is not working properly: Please take the Portable Buddy to a qualified LP dealer who can determine what the problem is and advise you of what part(s) need to be ordered. You can then order the appropriate parts on a credit card. However, these parts must be sent to that LP dealer for proper installation.

If an MH12T, MH12C, MH24T or MH42T is under warranty, was purchased at a retail store and there are problems with in the first days: Please return to the retail store from which you purchased the Portable Buddy. If retail store has a problem with this, please have them contact us. If this is not possible, please call our Customer Care Department for possible exchange of heater.
If an MH12T, MH12C, MH24T or MH42T is under warranty, was purchased through a catalog and there are problems: Please call our Customer Care Department for exchange of heater.
If an MH12T, MH12C, MH24T or MH42T is out of warranty and is not working properly: Please call our Customer Care Department for possible assessment of the problem with your heater. We can then tell you which replacement parts you may need.
