I bought this heater for my workshop 26'x26' square. Quick easy to light. When I go in my shop, it's about 45 to 50 degrees. In 10 minutes or so it's almost 80 degrees. I leave it on low, and it's wonderful. Remember to give it some room, it's a full 360 degree heater! I have about 7 feet around mine, Seems to be just right. Great product & thanks for making a 75 yr. old man happy!
I debated on several different units for a patio heater to compliment a larger taller heater unit. I've owned a buddy model and have been pleased with its performance so I decided to go with this heater. I also considered several propane top units that Home Depot sells, but they had bad reviews. I located this unit at CAL Ranch for $70 and and decided I'd risk it because I could only find limited reviews on the 540 model. I'm very happy with it! It puts out a great amount of heat on my patio and keeps me warm while smoking cigars in 20 degree winter weather. Easy light up, functions great. Only thing that would make it better is an igniter button. Feel great about this purchase.
